Doshbrand.com ships to over 100 countries worldwide, including Australia, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, S.Korea, Ireland, New Zealand, Austria etc. For a full list of countries please see here

Australian Delivery and Handling times.

Australian orders placed through the Doshbrand.com webshop will be processed for shipping within 36hrs, with the exception of weekends. Typical delivery time for FREE standard shipping is between 3-5 business days, Express shipping is between 1-2 business days.

International Delivery and Handling times.

  • US orders placed through the Doshbrand.com webshop will be processed for shipping within 48hrs, with the exception of weekends. Typical delivery time for FedEX Ground or equivilent service (UPS / DHL) is between 2 - 4 business days. Orders to Canada can take up to 7 business days.
  • European & UK orders placed through the Doshbrand.com webshop will be processed for shipping within 48hrs, with the exception of weekends. Typical delivery time for Premium Post is between 3 - 5 business days.
  • International orders placed through the Doshbrand.com webshop will be processed for shipping within 36hrs, with the exception of weekends. Typical delivery time for FREE standard airmail is between 2 - 3 weeks but can take up to 4 weeks for some destinations. DHL Express Worldwide typically delivers between 5 to 7 business days. The delivery times may be subject to custom delays, please contact your local customs agency for more information.

What happens if I want to make an exchange?

As long as the item/s is in original and unused condition, simply email or telephone us with your order number and your requirements and send the original item/s back to us by post within 21 days of receipt of delivery. Alternatively send the item/s back to us by post and include a note with the order number and your requirements. We will cover the cost of shipping on the first exchange to you however subsequent exchanges will incur additional postage charges. You will be charged for any additional items sent if you fail to return the original items back to us by the specified time period.

How to return an item?

When sending a product back for refund or replacement, please include a copy of your order receipt. Once your returned product has been received , dosh will process the refund or replacement within 48 hours.

For Australian and International replacement claims, dosh will cover the cost of the return shipping by partially refunding the original purchase. Please return to the address below.

For US, European and UK replacement claims, dosh will send a prepaid return label to the customer once we have received an email requesting a return/replacement. We will aim to process any replacement claims as quickly as possible so our customers are not without a wallet for too long!
