Can I order from another country?
Of course! Dosh ships on a daily basis to customers worldwide. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt providing all details have been provided and payment has been approved.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
This depends on the method of shipping requested and the country of destination. Typically delivery is between 3-15 business days. On rare occasions the customs agency within the destination country may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security measure, these delays can be 2-4 weeks for UK and US, and 4-6 weeks for continental Europe except for Belgium and the Netherlands which can be up to 8 weeks on very rare occasions.
What happens if I want to exchange an item/s purchased?
As long as the item/s is in original and unused condition, simply email or telephone us with your order number and your requirements and send the original item/s back to us by post within 21 days of receipt of delivery. Alternatively send the item/s back to us by post and include a note with the order number and your requirements. We will cover the cost of shipping on the first exchange to you however subsequent exchanges will incur additional postage charges. You will be charged for any additional items sent if you fail to return the original items back to us by the specified time period.

I've received my exchange and my order has an outstanding amount owing. What does this mean?
We have added the exchange item/s to your original order. Once we receive your return items back, this balance will be adjusted. You will only be charged for the replacement items if we do not receive your original items back. If an item is exchanged for a more expensive item, you will normally be charged the difference at time of shipping the exchange to you, and if it is exchanged for a less expensive item we will refund the difference to you when we receive the returned item.
What if I don't like what I ordered?
No problem. If this occurs we will gladly refund the cost of the purchase once the products have been returned to us, provided the items are returned in original and unused condition and within 21 days of receipt of the shipment. All returns will be credited to the original credit card used, shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Dosh One year Limited Warranty
Your dosh product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) year from the date of original online purchase by the original end-user purchaser. If a defect exists in materials and workmanship within the warranty time period, we will exchange the product at no charge to you with a new or refurbished part of equal retail value, provided the defective product is sent back to us for assessment. We will cover the cost of first exchange to you, however subsequent exchanges will incur additional postage charges. This warranty excludes damages resulting from abuse, accident, misuse, fire and other external causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.
Will I be charged duties and taxes on receipt of goods for shipments to countries other than Australia?
It is important to note that import taxes and charges are NOT included in the price of your order. The majority of shipments are delivered free of customs taxes and duties however occasionally the destination country's customs agency may select your shipment for assessment and could charge these duties and taxes. This charge varies from country to country and will not be covered by Dosh.
Can I buy Dosh products in a store?
We have a growing number of stores stocking DOSH wallets, please see the stockist section of the website. Many carry a limited range of Dosh wallets. For this reason you may find it easier to shop through our website where you can view our whole range including limited production items. We ship daily to all locations and have a flexible exchanges and returns policy should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase.
How safe is ordering via the Internet?
At Dosh we have the latest security encryption keys from Thawte Security (a trusted and respected authority on Internet e-commerce security worldwide). To further protect Dosh customers, personal details are not kept on our servers. All orders and customer information is stored separately using PGP encryption keys. All orders are processed manually to ensure added protection and security against any potential fraudulent activity. Access to our local site is via one-time only passwords that cannot be sourced via our servers.
Does anyone have access to my personal information?
The only time personal details are provided to a 3rd party is when we believe a consumer is actively using the credit card for fraudulent purposes. These details are supplied to the necessary authorities. The consumers IP address is also recorded plus their signature ID from the server account used to place the order. Can I pay by any method other than credit card?
Yes, please contact info@dosh.com.au to make these arrangements. We accept Bank Cheques (made payable to Dosh in Australian Dollars against an Australian bank - the $AUD amount can be found in your order confirmation). Within Australia we also accept AusPost money orders. We do not accept personal cheques, including personal cheques issued by a foreign bank, or international money orders.
