Dosh One Year Limited Warranty.

Your dosh product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) year from the date of original online purchase by the original end-user purchaser. If a defect is found in the materials and workmanship within the warranty time period, we will exchange the product at no charge to you with a new or refurbished part of equal retail value, provided the defective product is sent back to us for assessment. We will cover the cost of first exchange to you, however subsequent exchanges will incur additional postage charges. This warranty excludes damages resulting from abuse, accident, misuse, fire and other external causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.

How to return an item for warranty?

When sending a product back for warranty assessment, please include a copy of your order receipt. Once your returned product has been assessed and warranty claim approved, dosh will send a replacement product to you of equal retail value at no extra cost. dosh will also cover the cost of the return shipping by partially refunding the original purchase. We will aim to process any warranty claims as quickly as possible so our customers are not without a wallet for too long!
